  We had bills sit "pending insurance" in their system due to secondary insurance for FIVE YEARS! And they had the nerve to bring those forward and expect payment!!!! Not sure if I should call that neglect or incompetence! They are only allowed to go back 1 year with insurance claims so I’m not sure where they get off billing 5 years back with me. I asked to discuss with Dr. Hill and wasn’t allowed by his staff to talk to him even after repeated requests. Jamie the billing manager wasn’t polite or professional. I won’t be back and I’m taking 5 accounts with me.
